• 90° opening for access (1500mm maximum span/opening width)
• Manual or electrically operated, hinged for natural ventilation and access.
• Kerb venting, Hinged Vent, Manual, Hit and Miss Vent.

Gas spring assisted access hatch sizes are:

• Type B Foot – To suit laid to falls
• Type C Foot - Direct to deck – no insulation
• Type D - Adaptor kerb – Fixing to a builders kerb or upstand
• Type E Foot - Fixing to new timber ground
• Type F – Sleeve Over existing kerb 
• Type G - for fixing to an existing kerb or plinth
