Features and benefits:
- Manufactured from aluminium and unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVCu).
- 300 mm kerb/ upstand as standard.
- Available in mill finish or polyester powder coated.
- High performance U-value.
- Wide range of bespoke sizes from 600x600mm to 1500x2500mm.
Operation and ventilation options include;
- 90° opening for access (1500mm maximum span/opening width)
- Manual or electrically operated, hinged for natural ventilation and access.
- Kerb venting, Hinged Vent, Manual, Hit and Miss Vent.

Gas spring assisted access hatch sizes are:
- 1200x1200mm roof opening size with insulated solid lid.
- 1000x1000mm roof opening size with DGU glass lid.
Various fixing/foot types depending on application available as splayed or vertical include;
- Type A Foot – to suit flat board insulation
- Type B Foot – To suit laid to falls
- Type C Foot - Direct to deck – no insulation
- Type D - Adaptor kerb – Fixing to a builders kerb or upstand
- Type E Foot - Fixing to new timber ground
- Type F – Sleeve Over existing kerb
- Type G - for fixing to an existing kerb or plinth
