Acoustic floor under screed systems for concrete floors.
Application
- Designed to be placed within a masonry structural floor directly below the screed.
- For concrete floors (XL6 and XL9) and beam and block floors (XL9).
- Suitable for new builds and conversions.
Description
The Isocheck Screedcheck XL impact improvement systems are designed to be placed within a masonry structural floor directly below the screed, to isolate the screed from the structural subfloor.
The Isocheck Screedcheck XL6 system features a 6 mm closed cell cross-linked foam layer, whilst the Isocheck Screedcheck XL9 system features a 9 mm closed cell non cross-linked foam layer.
When installed correctly, the Screedcheck XL systems will enable compliance with Approved Document E 2003 and subsequent amendments in 2004, 2010, 2013 and 2015.
Features and benefits:
- Closed cells prevent water absorption which can impair acoustic performance.
- Rolls are light and easy to handle.
- All installations over 500 m² come with a free site pre-screed inspection.
