Application

Suitable for use in the construction of external and internal loadbearing and non-loadbearing walls, including the inner and outer leaves of cavity walls, party walls, partition walls and boundary walls. They can also be used as reinforced masonry walls through incorporation of bed joint reinforcement. Other applications include:

Description

Textured face acoustic masonry blocks which provide high levels of sound absorption.

Manufactured from cement, specially sourced sound porous aggregates (65% recycled secondary aggregate content), an integral waterproofing and colour pigment.

Features and benefits:

Delivers a noise reduction coefficient (NRC) of 0.55 αw.
Effective sound control qualities, especially in the high-frequency sound range.
Satisfies the requirements of Building Bulletin 93 (BB93).
