Suitable for domestic and commercial applications. Always use in conjunction with a Timloc airbrick.


To be installed with a DPC cavity tray and wall weeps to collect any water ingress.

An adjustable ventilator for ground floors up to seven brick courses to provide ventilation below suspended ground floors.


Features and benefits:

  • Telescopic and adjustable for a step of five, six or seven brick courses.
  • Suited for 50–150 mm+ cavity width construction.
  • Also compatible down to 50 mm clear cavity width.
  • Horizontal and vertical extension accessories available.
  • Free area of 8000 mm² per unit when installed without airbrick.
  • Free area of 6500 mm² per unit when installed with 1201AB airbrick.
  • Equivalent area of 6170 mm² per unit when installed with 1201AB airbrick.
  • Durable, robust and resistant to decay.
  • Satisfies all NHBC requirements.
