Sectional Overhead Doors

Overhead sectional doors are ideal in situations where head room may be restricted, and there is insufficient space to fit the box required for a roller shutter.
This type of door slides upwards on side runners, which continue onto the roof area, so that aperture space is maximised when the door is in the open position.
With insulating and sound reducing qualities, our overhead sectional doors lend themselves to a wide range of industrial and commercial environments. A foam core between the inner and outer steel sheets of the door panels prevents transmission of heat or cold, delivering a thermal performance which exceeds building regulations.

The company's fire shutters have been tested at Exova Warringtonfire under BS EN 1634-1:2008 test conditions and assessed to BS EN 476-22:1987.
In the event of a fire alarm, the fire roller shutter can automatically descend by operation of the motor with the use of one of their fire interfaces. Various type of interface are available depending on your budget and need.
The company's fire shutters can span areas up to 50m2 and reach an impressive width of 12m.

These roller shutter doors are used in situations where very high security is needed.
The LPS 1175 test stipulates the allowable toolset and minimum time at each security rating level to prevent forcible entry through a building element.
The test (carried out by the Building Research Establishment) measures the time to make a hole big enough to get a person through (minimum of an elliptical shape 400mm x 225mm).
It must be stressed that the test is carried out by individuals who already know the product inside-out including any weak spots.
These ratings will generally be rated SR1-5.
The higher the number the higher the security of the roller shutter door.

Our punched galvanized steel shutters have rectangular holes punched into them allowing 32% visibility and air flow making them ideal for shop fronts or car parks. The holes can be arranged in an in-line or brick-bond formation depending on your requirements. They can also be incorporated with solid lath too to create a mixed effect. Furthermore, there are many features that can be added or taken away to suit customers needs and budget. For example, your shutter can be made from thicker steel, made with extra windlocks, have brush strips and rubber added to them, powder coated or plastisol coated to a wide variety of RAL colours and much more.
Vision Shutters: Transparent Shutter

Made of horizontal strips of virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, these extremely robust shutters give crystal clear visibility when closed, providing transparency of 83%, and allowing through 92% of daylight. Because it is UV-stabilised, the shutter will not discolour or yellow, and will retain its exceptional clarity for many years. These are used on very high end premises as they are our most expensive visibility option.
The shutter offers a maximum surface area of up to 50m² mounted externally, and 72m² internally.

Tube and link shutters are an aesthetically tuned way of providing light security to your aperture. Often used in bars and to close small serveries, they are considered to be aimed towards the middle and upper end of the market.
They can come in two types of arrangement brick-bond and in-line (or standard) arrangement.
