FlipFix Plasterboard Door Beaded Frame Access Panels are the easiest access panels to install on the market due to the unique FlipFix fitting device. Fitting requires no battening out of the structural opening due to the unique FlipFix Device which clamps the frame on to the rear of the plasterboard. It is manufactured with a Beaded frame for tape and jointing/skim-coat plastering. The panels door leaf is locked in place via a Budget Lock as standard other lock options are available upon request.

The TAP12-000-MD-PF-BL is manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick Door and a 1.2mm Frame. The panels door leaf is hinged by a full length Piano Hinge. The panel is insulated with a 50mm thick Polystyrene Insulation infill and comes complete with draught seals and secured with a budget lock. ( 3 way lock on all fire rated loft hatches )

Mardome Reflex rooflight replacement dome is a glazing only unit designed specifically for refurbishment projects where the glazing only needs to be replaced.
The unit is supplied with a fixing kit including weathertight washers and cover plugs. Manufactured from Marlon FSX Longlife polycarbonate, this glazing unit is up to 200 times stronger than glass. The high resistance to breakage and adverse weather conditions means Mardome Reflex is very safe and reliable.

Thermally broken Premium Roof Hatches provide safe and convenient access to a roof. These Roof Hatches are leading the way with an entirely unique design, manufactured from Aluminium for enhanced thermal insulation. The 300mm upstand is filled with 50mm insulation and has a purpose made flashing clips to accept the roof felt to make it weatherproof. It comes complete with a gas spring assisted opening and incorporates a safety hold open stay to prevent accidental closure. Insulated to a U Value 0.43 W/m²K,
50mm CFC and HCFC free polyisocyanurate insulation and a thermally broken lid and upstand.
