Enverge Sucraseal Open Cell

Manufactured by Holcim-owned Enverge Spray Foam, our ThermoFoam Sucraseal Open Cell is a low-density Polyurethane, spray-applied insulation material that has a low resistance to vapour and therefore suitable within a range of breathable building assemblies. Sucraseal is used extensively as an insulation system where fire performance is necessary and it is the UK's only BS476 Part 7 Class 1 fire-rated low-density Spray Foam material. In addition, Sucraseal has the following key characteristics:

• Low Vapour Resistance
• Breathable
• Thermal Conductivity of 0.039 W/m/K
• BS 476 Part 7: Class 1 Fire Rated
• Sustainably Manufactured
• Low Global Warming Potential of 1
• Sound Attenuator

Enverge Nexseal LE Closed Cell

Also manufactured by Holcim-owned Enverge, ThermoFoam Nexseal LE Closed Cell is a high-density, Polyurethane spray-applied insulation system that is breathable, structural and provides excellent thermal performance. Nexseal LE is one of few low-exothermic Closed Cell foams available in the UK, making it safe for use and fast to install thanks to its ability to be spray-applied at up to 100mm per pass. Nexseal LE is manufactured sustainably, using recycled materials where possible and holds the key characteristics:

• BS476 Part 7: Class 1 Fire Rated
• Breathable
• Thermal Conductivity of 0.026 to 0.028 W/m/K
• Sustainably Manufactured
• Strong Dimensional Stability
• Low Global Warming Potential of 1
