Anti-ligature Access Panels are fitted with a sealed radial pin tumbler lock with no opportunity for a ligature point, furthermore, there are no holes or openings in any part of the panel which would provide an opportunity for a ligature point. Notably, the Anti-ligature Access Panel is specified with insulation, fire rating, acoustic reduction and an alternative higher security locking mechanism.

By taking advantage of our unique spring loaded pivot hinging system, installation time is reduced offering significant savings in fitting costs with the advantage of being able to simply remove the doors giving the benefit of a full clear opening when required.

Contract Range Plasterboard Access Panels provide a protected plasterboard faced low profile access solution. For use through plasterboard walls and ceilings for access to building engineering services where space is at a premium. The narrow 24mm profile produces a lightweight, robust solution that can be used in all types of wall or ceiling construction. The panels consist of a plasterboard faced pivoting door tray and frame with a push catch or square drive operated lock. The door tray encapsulates a layer of 12.5mm plasterboard with a simulated beaded edge to the frame and door tray. These panels must be fitted prior to plastering so the metal beaded frame parts of the door and frame can be incorporated into the ceiling or wall membrane.

The Exposed Grid access panel provides a high quality protected opening in exposed T grid ceilings for access to building engineering services. Made to fit into standard grid modules with either a metal face or more commonly with a door tray that will accept your ceiling tile to the face, the panel then blends seamlessly into the overall ceiling. Our solution is very discreet and keeps your ceiling looking fresh for much longer. Where a double tile panel is required we supply a dummy centre grid piece to maintain the overall grid scheme and behind the facing tiles are knock down tabs that keep your tile flat to the face of the panel.

Independently tested by a UKAS accredited laboratory the Fire Rated Meter Over Box achieves a 90 minute integrity fire rating. Intumescent seal factory fitted to the rear of the panel ensures that in the case of a fire, gaps are closed and the fire is contained. Not only is The Fire Rated Meter Over Box simple to fit, but the fixing holes are also concealed within the rear of the box to avoid any unsightly fixing points. Simply fit this using the supplied holes to the inside of the meter cupboard, this can fit over an old or new meter door. Once adjusted for weight the design ensures no further door drop can occur and no tile damage during operation. The door is fully removable from the frame. The panel is adjustable in all directions to level the door with the tile scheme.

Each panel is made to suit the individual tile and combination of tiles being used. This ensures no unsightly tile cuts or visible frames to disrupt the overall tiled finish. In its most discrete form the very narrow design utilises push catch locks and a simple mechanical interconnecting lip that holds the door tray at the correct height to maintain grout gaps even when using heavy tiles. For the best results it is critical to ensure the correct placement of the door within the tile scheme prior to tiling. The panel comes finished in powder coated white or black as standard with a factory fitted specialist tile substrate mechanically fitted into the the door tray as a base for the tiles.

This loft hatch will blend in seamlessly to compliment any high-end end/luxury scheme where a better solution than the standard house-builder plastic hatch is required. Our loft hatch complies with all the building regulations for insulation, air tightness, L1 & L2, NHBC size requirements, robust documentation and is also fire rated. The Premium Plasterboard Access range provides protected fire rated access solutions through plasterboard ceilings for access to building engineering services. The robust 50mm profile produces a quality solution that can be used for fire rated or larger plasterboard faced access solutions. The panels consist of a reinforced plasterboard faced pivoting or hinged door tray and frame finished in powder coated white. The double edged door tray construction offers greater rigidity designed to withstand a greater degree of abuse to the finished face. The panels are fitted with a square drive operated lock accessed by the SLIK Invisible Keyhole mechanism. This dispenses with plastic caps that highlight the keyhole position and draw unwanted attention to the panel.
