Low Maintenance Peace of Mind for the Retired Homeowners

Roofline, cladding and Tudor board from Swish Building Products have been used to complete Wellington Court, a McCarthy & Stone Retirement Living development. Located in Epsom, the new complex comprises of 32 one and two bedroom apartments for the over 60’s. Swish exceeded the demands of the specification, to construct a low maintenance, high performance exterior, supplying proven and appropriate products. Designed to complement local buildings in the town, mock Tudor board was used along with fascia and soffit in black foil creating a light-weight and low maintenance roofline with the Tudor board adding interest to the façade.

Roofline & Rainwater Revamp for Residents

Swish Roofline and rainwater products have been specified by Broadacres Housing Association for installation on over 350 homes. Black half-round gutters and round downpipes are being supplied alongside white fascias and soffits through a local stockist. This is the first time that the low maintenance building product manufacturer will be supplying the North Yorkshire-based housing association with components from its sustainable rainwater range. Broadacres conducts value for money reviews on its technical specifications prior to tendering for all planned maintenance projects and found that Swish Building Products offered high quality and best value products.

Swish Anthracite Grey Cladding chosen for exclusive New Dawn Development

New Dawn Homes has chosen Swish PVC cladding for their exclusive, Robinswood Hill Farm development in Gloucestershire. Swish Anthracite Grey cellular PVC cladding was used to enhance the second-floor dormer cheeks and ground floor window bays to its collection of seven, 4 & 5 bedroom homes. Swish cellular PVC is the most efficient material for use at the roofline because it costs roughly the same as timber to install, requires no painting or maintenance and suits the exposed and inaccessible location at and above the eaves. Most importantly, when installed correctly it will last the lifetime of the dwelling.

Swish Cladding Scores at Blackpool FC!

More than 1000m2 of low maintenance cladding from Swish Building Products has been installed at the home of the Seasiders, Blackpool Football Club. The cladding has been used to refurbish the club’s canopied walkway and entrance on Bloomfield Road. Main contractor, Lowline Ceilings developed a system to use the cladding as a suspended ceiling. The Blackpool FC maintenance team specified a replacement ceiling which wouldn’t corrode in the salty air of the coastal town and could withstand the blustery seaside weather. The original aluminium ceiling had deteriorated badly as a result of weathering, corrosion, wind-damage and vandalism.
