Stormguard Rainwater Systems

At Stormguard Rainwater we were asked to supply the aluminium rainwater pipes to drain the flat roofs, terraces and balconies to this project at Blyth Road in Hayes. The balcony outlets that had been installed by a previous main contractor were oversized so a standard connection was unachievable. Mini hopper heads were manufactured to pick up the balcony outlets and take the rainwater away. The installation of the rainwater pipes completed a stunning looking development.

At Stormguard Rainwater we were asked to provide a coping system to the multiple roof areas across numerous blocks forthis high end development in Harrow. Different coping widths with specific RAL colours were required to close off theparapets to the roof areas. To assist our customer with this project Stormguard Rainwater offered on site assistance atsurvey stage to make sure all the components needed to complete the works were accounted for, as well as supplyingworking drawings to the client for approval, and to aid the installation once the materials had arrived on site.

A prestigious housebuilder contacted Stormguard Rainwater with a view to acquiring a rainwater system which had a traditional cast profile, but with sleek, clean, attractive lines for its latest executive development. Our light-weight moulded ogee gutter fitted the requirements perfectly given its fast-fit, fixing free, clip system which can be direct fixed, negating the need for fascia brackets. Along with the cast eared collar rainwater pipes, and our ‘cast-a-like’ textured finish, the completed rainwater system bridged the gap between traditional and contemporary perfectly, and put the finishing touches on a stunning new build property.

At Stormguard Rainwater we were asked to provide a coping system to the three blocks to this development in Norwood. Different coping widths with specific RAL colours were required to close off the parapets to the roof areas. To assist our customer with this project Stormguard Rainwater offered on site assistance at survey stage to make sure all the components needed to complete the works were accounted for, as well as supplying working drawings to the client for approval, and to aid the installation once the materials had arrived on site.

At Stormguard Rainwater we were asked to provide a coping system to the twelve executive houses located within anexclusive development in North West London. To assist our customer with this project Stormguard Rainwater offered onsite assistance at survey stage to make sure all the components needed to complete the works were accounted for, as wellas supplying working drawings to the client for approval, and to aid the installation once the materials had arrived on site.

At Stormguard Rainwater we were asked to manufacture and supply a coping and fascia system to this new build in South Oxhey. A secret fix fascia was utilised for this low level building along with the coping to close off the parapet. The aluminium install and roofing works were completed to a very high standard and the building looks fantastic. To assist our customer with this project Stormguard Rainwater offered on site assistance at survey stage to make sure all the components needed to complete the works were accounted for, as well as supplying working drawings to the client for approval, and to aid the installation once the materials had arrived on site.

At Stormguard Rainwater we were asked to provide a two-part coping system to the balconies, podiums and terrace areas, a full coping system to the main roofs and flashing profiles to various areas of the building including the fascia’s to the concrete balconies. West One is a high end development of 186 flats across three blocks situated directly beside Wembley Central tube station, and with our profiles, continues our productive involvement in the regeneration of Wembley. To assist our customer with this project Stormguard Rainwater offered on site assistance at survey stage to make sure all the areas which needed aluminium profiles were checked and measured, as well as supplying working drawings to aid the installation once the materials had arrived on site.

At Stormguard Rainwater we were asked to manufacture and supply a coping and internal gutter to this new build inNorthamptonshire. A hidden gutter was to be incorporated into the building with the rainwater pipes draining behind thefaçade. The aluminium profiles were installed to a very high standard to a unique looking building.
