Sotech was formed in 1982 and is a leading designer and manufacturer of the Optima range of engineered metal rainscreen cladding and architectural fabrications.


With offices in North East England and London, Sotech provides rainscreen cladding solutions to its clients nationwide.


Sotech puts a heavy focus on product innovation and testing and has full system tests for the complete Optima range of rainscreen cladding systems. Sotech is one of the few manufacturers that can provide true A1 Non-Combustible rainscreen systems.

Working closely with architects, specifiers, fire consultants, main contractors, and installers from the conception of a project to the moment the final panel is placed.

All systems carry full CWCT certification and the Optima FC+, TFC+ and Edge have met the fire requirements of BR 135 when tested to BS 8414 in specific system configurations.


MANUFACTURE

Sotech have invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and facilities. Following Design for Manufacture (DFM) processes. DFM allows potential problems to be fixed in the design phase of a project, ensuring we meet clients most specific requirements consistently and on time.
