AMRC Factory 2050

Factory 2050 is the future of the UK’s engineering industry, and provides a home in Sheffield for up to 70 staff focused on the research and demonstration associated with aircraft and energy technologies. Solus Ceramics supplied a vast array of concrete effect floor tiles to this innovative and contemporary manufacturing campus.

Chapter Kings Cross

Situated in the cultural heart of Kings Cross, this new student accommodation provides a unique living experience for students in London, providing unrivalled amenities and customer service. Solus Ceramics worked with Tigg + Coll Architects to supply a vast mosaic feature floor and various other ancillary tile ranges to this fantastic project.

Drury House

Solus Ceramics worked with the team at Hale Brown Architects to supply a variety of bespoke, water jet cut tiles to an office refurbishment project in London. The geometric theme flows throughout the space and is reflected in the floor tiles featured in the reception, bathrooms and shower areas.

Golden Bee

Nestled in the trendy Shoreditch area of London, Golden Bee is contemporary and eclectic bar which showcases a number of unusual and exciting wall and floor tiles. With theatrical design elements taking centre stage, Solus Ceramics supplied tiles to create a bold design statement. Shaped rich black tiles from the Diamond range were fixed to a grand feature wall to create an angular contrast to the bright, gilded bar area. The diamond shaped tiles create a stunning optical masterpiece with the delicate 3D texture adding a sense of depth. Hexagon floor tiles complete the project evoking the idea of honeycomb.

London Stadium

Since the Olympic Games left London spellbound in 2012, the stadium that has become the home of West Ham United has been transformed from an Olympic venue to a multi-use football and athletic stadium. London Stadium is a state of the art sports and entertainment venue that hosts a number of evocative and imaginative bars and restaurants for customers to enjoy.


Located in the university town of Cambridge, Tamburlaine is a new 155-room luxury hotel from the Dublin-based O’Callaghan Group. Solus Ceramics were delighted to supply a selection of chic and trend-setting ranges to this sophisticated statement hotel.

The Creative Centre

The Creative Centre is Solus Ceramics’ flagship central London showroom, based in the heart of Baker Street, a stones throw from Oxford Street and Marylebone station. The innovative space is the perfect place for architects and designers to get hands on with the latest tiling trends and see the most exciting products from around the world. As well as having more than 150 different ranges on display, visitors can also see many of Solus Ceramics favourite products used in situ. From the circular inspired bar, to the concrete-effect feature wall, guests can understand exactly how tiles can be applied.

The Diamond

Solus Ceramics added style to Sheffield University’s very own Diamond building with the use of its elegant Jurastone range. Named after its unique appearance, The Diamond in Sheffield is the new campus building for engineering students at The University of Sheffield, and is home to more than 2,000m2 of floor tiles from Solus Ceramics.


Westside was initially developed in 1990 as a landmark headquarters building providing 175,000 sq ft of office accommodation together with three full height reception areas, a security building and 730 car parking spaces. Solus Ceramics were excited to work alongside the architects to supply more than 1800m2 of tiles to the project.
