Ronafix Underfloor Heating Screed Admixture is a liquid polymer admixture which provides a high strength screed. The increased strength of the screed allows it to be laid in thin section, from 40mm, which in turn ensures improved thermal output from the underfloor heating system saving money on energy consumption. Screeds containing Ronafix Underfloor Heating Screed Admixture also dry faster than conventional sand : cement screeds meaning the commissioning process can begin earlier (after only 7 days) and can also be opened to foot traffic after 24 hours. RonaScreed 1 Day Overlay Rapid Dry Screed is a cement replacement for rapid drying screeds used when laying bonded, unbonded or floating screeds prior to covering with vinyl sheet or other coverings. The fast drying properties allow screeds to be covered with moisture sensitive finishes as early as one day after application.   Drying times are determined by many factors including humidity, temperature and mixing. An effective damp proof membrane must be in place.

RonaScreed 8 Day Overlay screeding additive is used to quickly reduce the level of retained moisture within the screed allowing floor coverings to be laid over the screed much sooner than with conventional screeds. RonaScreed 8 Day Overlay gains strength quickly, permitting early access by following trades. RonaScreed 8 Day Overlay is supplied in concentrated form and used in low dilution. It promotes rapid drying and early laying of floor coverings such as sheet vinyl, tiles and other materials. RonaScreed 8 Day Overlay is typically incorporated within 35mm to 75mm thick floor screeds and applied by competent screeding contractors. RonaScreed 8 Day Overlay is simple and straightforward to use and can be purchased and laid by non-licensed screeding contractors.

RonaScreed Self Smoothing Exterior Screed is a flow applied industrial flooring system. It provides a hard, durable floor surface for new floors or for renovating existing surfaces. The material gains strength quickly and can be accessed by foot traffic in 45 hours and by light to medium traffic after 24 hours @ 20ºC. When applied correctly, RonaScreed Self Smoothing Exterior Screed produces a smooth, durable wearing surface. The application thickness can vary, ranging from 5mm to 40mm. For optimum performance and appearance RonaScreed Self Smoothing Exterior Screed should be applied by specialist industrial floor layers with expert knowledge of preparation, mixing and application.
