Manufactured from light-weight, durable aluminium components, the Ecco concertina loft ladder is easy to operate yet still offers excellent performance. Capable of supporting loads of 150 kg per step, it is also tested to EN 14975 (DN 4570). It is supplied as a ready to fit unit for ceiling apertures as small as 800mm long by 550mm wide. Furthermore, the ladder is fitted within an insulated and airtight wooden hatch box.

Fire rated timber loft ladder - Profiline F30 / F30 Plus / F60

The Profiline F30/F30 Plus/F60 is a fire resistant 3-part folding wooden ladder. It’s a ready to fit unit with a trapdoor and hatch box with an all-round rubber seal. The F30 is fire resistant tested from the underside, the F30 Plus from above and below and the F60 from below. It is simple to use and when folded away sits on top of the trapdoor. Supplied complete with a handrail, rubber feet and white cover strips to fix onto the hatch box edges. It has a turn latch locking mechanism operated by a wooden pole.

Fire-Rated Electric Loft Ladder for 4m Ceiling

Finding a fire-rated loft ladder suitable for a ceiling height of 4m is challenging enough, but what if it also needs to be electrically operated? These were the primary requirements for this project – part of the renovation work on Stretford Public Hall in Manchester. Premier Loft Ladders worked with the project’s main contractor to specify the perfect ladder for the task.The electrically operated Supreme with a 30-minute fire-rated steel hatch was chosen for its ability to achieve a height of 4m and its high-strength concertina ladder.
