Novia 1200 VCL is a high specification, blown polythene material, suitable for use as a vapour control layer within the walls of frame constructions, or where control of the passage of water vapour is required.
This product also performs the additional function of an air-leakage barrier, to prevent losses due to unwanted convection flows. We advise the use of Novia butyl and metallised BOPP tapes to ensure a complete barrier integrity throughout the entire life of the product. Novia 1200 VCL should be used in combination with Novia breather membranes to provide an air-tight and vapour resistant system.
Novia 1200 VCL is fully CPR compliant and is CE Approved to EN 13984:2013.

Novia® STRP Pro is a premium specification reinforced and foil laminated polythene vapour control membrane. It is designed for use in insulated wall, roof and floor applications, including warm flat roofs, where very high concentrations of moisture vapour need to be controlled.
Novia® STRP Pro is particularly suitable for use in metal profile clad industrial buildings, the education sector and commercial properties, but can be used in all insulated building constructions. This membrane must be professionally installed in conjunction with our 2-tape sealing system to ensure a fully airtight seal.

The translucent design allows easier installation to help ensure all seals and laps are completed to have an air-tight installation. 500 Gauge VirginPoly is a Virgin grade, single-ply blown polythene vapour check and air leakage barrier for use as an internal Air & Vapour Control Check (AVCL). The material meets BS EN 13984 and is CE marked. Novia 500 Gauge VirginPoly provides some moisture vapour resistance and is suitable for use in insulated wall, floor or roof applications where there is a relatively low risk of interstitial condensation occuring. Novia 500 Gauge VirginPoly is a transluscent green tinted polythene, with no text or images, this allows for ease of installation to the structural framework.

VC200 Reflective is a high performance, reflective Air & Vapour Control Layer (AVCL).
The material meets BS EN 13984 and is UKCA approved. VC200 will provide a low moisture vapour permeability solution, available in two sizes, 1.5m x 50m or 2.7m x 100m. The product is reflective on one side, white on the reverse, with no text or images.
