The upper layer provides a uniformly smooth surface for application of floor finishes with with a unique 3/5mm acoustic membrane to the underside designed for use on top of concrete floors, thereby eliminating the problems of under-screed layers which may be bridged during site installation.

Technical information on the range of Hush Slab sound absorber slabs. The product's mineral wool composition means it can provide high levels of sound insulation in separating walls, floors and ceilings, whilst at the same time being fire resistant.
Hush Slab has an A1 classification which means it complies with the
requirements of non-combustible materials/products, as defined in all UK and Irish Building Regulations.
It is available in four thicknesses - 100mm, 75mm, 50mm and 25mm - making it suitable for a wide variety of acoustic wall and floor designs.
Hush Slab’s high density mineral fibre composition is derived from inorganic rock. This makes it durable and resistant to the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria, as well as being rot-proof, odourless and completely non-hygroscopic.

Hush Solar Sound Insulation Extra PGR5000 is made from granulatedrubber. The granules are treated with a PUR binder and pressed in a mould until reaching the desired specific weight. The cut to size sheets are laminated on one side with a UV and weather protection film with aluminium insert, which prevents plasticizer migration and thus the embrittlement of the roofing material.
