Fire Stop High Expansion Sealant

Pyropro HPE Sealant is an acrylic based graphite sealant used to reinstate the fire resistance performance of wall and floor constructions where they have been provided for the penetration of single or multiple services to form penetration seals where gaps are present. Pyropro HPE Sealant expands upon contact with heat, and is considered as an intumescent or reactive material. Pyropro HPE Sealant is supplied in liquid form constrained within 310ml cartridges. The sealant is gunned or trowelled into the annular space in or between the separating element/elements to a specific depth utilising various backing materials.

Fire Stop Open State Cavity Barrier

Silverliner Open State Cavity Barrier is developed to protect the voids between the outer facade and the inner construction element of the building. This is the Ventilated Cavity Barrier which leaves up to a 50mm gap to ensure movement of air and moisture within the building. The aluminium foil facing provides class O rating and excellent resistance to smoke. A unique method of manufacture provides a resilient lateral compression required to ensure a tight fit.

Fire Stop Pipe Collar

PipeBloc PCP Collars are designed and tested to seal service penetration apertures containing plastic and metallic pipes with insulation or cables. They are developed to provide a high volume expansion and pressure seal during a fi re. The PipeBloc tested results to EN1366-3, the maximum diameter available being 250mm. The ultra thin design of PipeBloc PCP Collars means the collar shell can give a depth of 30mm and 40mm ensuring that they can be installed into the tightest of locations. PipeBloc PCP Collars can be installed on flexible wall, rigid wall, rigid floor constructions and in Stopseal Batt seals. PipeBloc PCP Collars is used around combustible pipes to reinstate the fire resistance performance of wall and floor constructions.

Firestop Board

FSi Stopseal 50mm and 60mm Batt is a coated mineral wool board used to reinstate the fire resistance performance of wall constructions where they have been provided with apertures for the penetration of single or multiple services. The board can be cut to size and friction fitted into the aperture while using Pyrocoustic Sealant. Stopseal Batt is supplied in overall dimensions 1200mm x 600mm with a density of 140kg/m3. Pyrocoustic Sealant is required to seal all joints and junctions during the sealing process. Pyrocoustic Sealant is subject to a separate TDS. Pyropro HPE Sealant is required to seal around specific services. Pyropro HPE Sealant is subject to a separate TDS.

Firestop Cable Management System

FSi Pass-It Transit System is a pre-assembled 2 part steel shell using intumescent products. It is designed to prevent the passage of fire between compartment walls, whilst allowing for the easy installation/removal of services. There are 7 different sizes available. It can be formed into a modular grid forming an easy route for services. PASS-IT Transit Systems are unaffected by oil, fungus, moisture, vermin, weather and contain no halogens or asbestos.

Firestop Endless Pipe Wrap

PipeBloc EL is designed and tested to seal service penetrations & apertures containing plastic, and metallic pipes with insulation, using thermoplastic composites based on graphite intumescent technology. Developed to provide a high volume expansion and pressure seal during a fire. PipeBloc EL is tested to EN1366-3, the maximum diameter being 250mm, the ultra thin design of PipeBloc EL ensures that they can be installed in to the tightest of locations. Can be used to close off various types of insulation around metallic pipes and comes on a 25m roll for ease of use.

Firestop Flexible Sealing System

Flexi-Coat Sealant is an acrylic based sealant used to form linear gap seals where gaps are present in floor constructions and to create seals where penetrations go through walls . The Flexi-Coat Sealant is supplied in liquid form contained within 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 25kg pails. The Flexi-Coat Sealant is trowelled or sprayed into the aperture in or between the separating element/elements to a specified depth utilising stone wool backing material. Flexi-Coat Sealant is applied 1mm DFT / 2.5mm WFT, on to the unexposed surface of 100mm thick, 80kg/m3 Stone Wool. The Stone Wool is manufactured in accordance with EN 13162: 2001.

Firestop Mortar and Compound

Silverseal Compound is a Gypsum based mortar material,used to reinstate the fire resistance performance of floor constructions where they have been provided with apertures for the penetrations of multiple services. Silverseal Compound is supplied as a dry material,and is mixed with water to the required ratio prior to installation. Silverseal Compound when mixed is self-supporting in a floor to spans of 700mm. Temporary non-combustible shuttering is required to support the wet weight of the Silverseal Compound. The seal is non-combustible and is load bearing. Silverseal Compound has a fire resistance to EN1366-3.

Firestop Mortar High Strength Compound

Silverseal HS Compound is a Gypsum based mortar material used to reinstate the fire resistance performance of floor constructions where they have been provided with apertures for the penetrations of multiple services. Silverseal HS Compound is supplied as a dry material, and is mixed with water to the required ratio prior to installation. Silverseal HS Compound when mixed is self-supporting in a floor to spans of 1800mm. Temporary non combustible shuttering is required to support the wet weight of the Silverseal HS Compound. The seal is high strength, non-combustible and is load bearing. Silverseal HS Compound has a fire resistance to EN1366-3 up to EI120, including BS476 Pt 20 and BS6399-1 Loading for Buildings Code of Practice for dead and applied loads.

Firestop Movement Joints

Stopseal Linear Gap Seal is an elastomeric foam laminated with a graphite based intumescent compound on both sides. It is designed to perform as a 2 hour barrier in construction movement joints and is tested to EN 1366-4 and BS476. It is designed for long linear installations in horizontal and vertical applications. Stopseal Liner Gap Seal is suitable for use between rigid horizontal and vertical fire rated structural elements. (Between horizontal and vertical fire rated rigid structural elements). Joint movement capability of +/- 50%. Dry fit fixing no sealant required.

Firestop Non Ventilated Cavity Barrier

Firestop Pipe Wrap

PipeBloc PWP Wraps are designed and tested to seal service penetration apertures containing plastic pipes using thermoplastic composites based on graphite intumescent technology. They have been developed to provide a high volume expansion and pressure seal during a fire. They are compatible with polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polyvinylchloride (PVC) pipes. PipeBloc PWP wraps are tested with end capping configurations that cover U/C & C/C pipes. PipeBloc PWP wrap is used around combustible pipes to form a penetration seal to reinstate the fire resistance performance of wall and floor constructions.

Firestop Putty Disc

FSi NS Putty Patch, PenoPatch is a putty based penetration sealing device for small cables and conduits in flexible and rigid walls. The PenoPatch is available in 60mm and 100mm diameter discs, tested to EN 1366-3.

Firestop Putty Pads - Electrical Sockets

Firestopping NS Putty Pads are intumescent Non-setting compound designed for easy application around single and double electrical socket installations. Tested in accordance with EN1366-3:2009, NS Putty Pads provide up to 2 hours fire resistance. Acoustic rated to BS EN ISO 10140/3. Tested for air permeability to EN13141-1 Ventilation for buildings.

Firestop Sealant

Pyrocoustic® Sealant is a water based acrylic sealant used to reinstate the fire resistance of wall and floor constructions where apertures are penetrated by multiple services and linear gap seals where wall and floor constructions abut. Pyrocoustic® Sealant is extensively tested for global requirements, it is supplied in 310 or 400 ml cartridges or 600ml foils.White, Grey or Brown (other colours by request).

Firestop Sealant Tunnels

Pyropro® LST has been designed to be used in tunnel systems and is approved for use on the London Underground Network. Pyropro® LST is a water based, acrylic sealant used to reinstate the fire resistance of wall and floor constructions where apertures are penetrated by multiple services and linear gap joints where wall and floor constructions abut.

Firestop Silicone Sealant

Pyrolastic Fire Rated Silicone is a silicone based sealant used to form linear gap seals where gaps are present in floor and wall constructions. Pyrolastic Silicone is supplied in liquid form contained within 310ml cartridges,& 600ml sausages and Pails. PE backing rod is utilised as a depth gauge. Highly flexible and moisture resistant.
