Renata, a well-known company for the manufacturing of precision equipment and components and their related assembly, were looking for good and reliable flooring solution provider to carry outa flooring project in their assembly and manufacturing area. Their main choice was to construct an epoxy floor system with self-levelling properties that will exhibit good aesthetics, finish and durability considering the day-to-day trolley movements and other production related activities that go on the floor. The floor system was required to be scratch resistant, abrasion resistant, durable and be epoxy based. In that context DCP approached them with various systems available in self-levelling epoxy range

 The offices of David Chipperfield Architects in 180 The Strand required refurbished. 180 Strand, originally designed by noted architect Sir Frederick Gibberd in 1971-76, has been reimagined as a creative hub to foster and connect creatives, entrepre neurs, dynamic thinkers, and cultural explorers. Featuring exhibition spaces, offices, restaurants, bars, and a rooftop pool. The client was aiming for a polished concrete floor; however, due to the construction of the building, a polished concrete floor was not possible. As an alternative, Maslens, the flooring contractor, recommended Cemflow Topping Pigmented as a special flooring solution for the upgrading and refurbishment work of their offices, it was used as a concrete overlay to cover an area of more than 3000 m².

The engineered for speed sports company Williams Grand Prix Engineering owns and operates one of the leading F1 racing teams in the world, the Williams F1 (Williams Racing) auto racing team that competes in the Formula One racing circuit. The company designs and builds its own cars and supports the team as it competes in races around the world. A refurbishment project was initiated for the interior areas of the company headquar ters aiming to change toilets and shower facilities of approximately 300 m² area into a usable office space. This refurbishment and upgrading work required a screed material designed as a levelling base screed to be applied at high thicknesses under most finished floor coverings or resin-based materials when upgrading and renovating new and existing internal floors.

Engineers had to find a solution for the concrete floors in the facility so that they would have a wear-resistant surface capable of handling the constant supply of trucks and loading shovel traffic. After less than three years of construction, the Rookery South Energy Recovery Facility has successfully completed its commissioning phase and has been handed over to the operator, Covanta, within the original contractually agreed schedule.
