Effective foundation protection for thick viscoplastic coatings is offered with Delta-Geo-Drain Quattro from Delta Membrane Systems – even if driving rain is able to penetrate through an imperfectly installed upper edge trim.
In an absolutely watertight system, such rainwater would exert hydrostatic pressure on the waterproof coating.
However, Quattro’s micro-perforated slip film which – together with the additional filter cloth – acts as a backup drainage layer behind the dimpled sheet to ensure that any water is drained off safely.
In addition, the slip film prevents the transmission of movement to the waterproof coating.
The laminated cloth – which sits between the film itself and the dimpled sheet – soaks up the moisture and then, in effect, acts as a wick to drain the moisture.

Highly resistant to compression and degradation in soil, Delta-MS 20 is a general purpose seepage layer for long-term safety from Delta Membrane Systems.
This product is suitable for application as a cost-effective horizontal or vertical permanent shuttering between a shotcrete shell or curtain wall, and a concrete structural wall.
It will drain water emerging from the rocky subsoil when vertically applied, and controls rising underground water when laid horizontally between the foundation and the surface layer of a carriageway, and conveys it towards the drain.
Delta-MS 20 is also ideal for coping with water-related problems in tunnel construction. With the dimples facing outwards, the sheet forms a continuous system of channels by which water is guided towards the drain.
