+chase® - Reinforced Concrete ICCP System

+chase® - Reinforced Concrete ICCP System

C-Probe Systems

Our +chase® mortar operates as an impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) anode. It is installed using a conventional grouting gun, hand placement and finishing tools and operates within reinforced concrete structural elements, such as decks, beams, abutment walls and so on. If multi-layer steel protection is required then there may be a need to also drill discrete holes within the element to depth in order to throw current around the whole steel area.

+point® - ICCP System for Stone and Brick Clad Heritage Buildings

C-Probe Systems

Our +point® system operates as an impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) anode. It is installed using a conventionalrepointing gun and finishing tools and operate behind the heritage mortar finish to pass protection current to the structural steelframe of transitional era (1890-1950) buildings which are commonly affected by structural deterioration, otherwise known as Regent Street Disease.

+shot® - LoCem® Sprayed Concrete and Sprayed ICCP Anode Concrete System

C-Probe Systems

Our +shot® anode is a sprayed cement that operates as an impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) anode. It is installed using a conventional dry and wet spray concrete equipment and finishing tools. It operates as a bonded cover to concrete substrates that have been surface prepared by grit-blasting.

Achilles interactive Management Server (AiMS) - Online Control and Monitoring of Your Structure

C-Probe Systems

C-Probe's networks are managed online securely using the Achilles interactive Management Server (AiMS) to provide resilience information and on a daily, monthly and annual basis for the whole life performance of the protected asset. AiMS is an online performance management facility, which acts as an eye within the structure for asset owners through structural health monitoring. Corrosion and protection data are accessed remotely to clients and help to detect corrosion initiation and propagation that are commonly noticed when the damage is too significant, which then becomes its ‘Achilles’ heel’. AiMS acts as the 'remote control' for C-Probe's installed corrosion management systems, but it managed by their sister company Structural Healthcare.

C-Puck - Galvanic Anode

C-Puck - Galvanic Anode

C-Probe Systems

C-Puck is a Galvanic (puck) anode that is attached to steel to provide a bimetallic corrosion cell where the most base metal (the anode) corrodes or sacrifices itself in order to protect the more noble metal (steel) to which it is attached.

Carro+® - Galvanic / Impressed Combination Anode

C-Probe Systems

Carro+® GI anodes operate as either a galvanic or an impressed current anodes. They are drilled into the structure is a designed array and used to temporarily polarise the steel with an external power supply. This will move chloride ion from rebar level and into the body of the concrete cover reducing the risk of reinforcement corrosion. Following this impressed mode the system can be switched over to galvanic mode by a aching to steelto provide a bimetallic corrosion cell where the anode then prevents further accelerated corrosion from taking place.

LoCem® - AACM Concrete Repair Material and Anode Mortar

LoCem® - AACM Concrete Repair Material and Anode Mortar

C-Probe Systems

Product Technical Sheet for LoCem®. LoCem® is an alkali-activated cementitious powder formulation (AACM), manufactured with industrial waste by-products with no heat, which in turn yields a binder that has an ultra-low CO2e. LoCem produces 90% less CO2e compared to CEM 1. Over the years we have developed a range of design mixes to provide a range of restoration and build products engineered to extend the whole life of structures through corrosion protection (impressed current and galvanic protection), fire, environmental impact, and chemical attack. LoCem® can be applied by hand-placement, gun, spray, form & pour, precast.

LoCem® - Alkali-Activated Cementitious Material (AACM) Binder - Technical Data

C-Probe Systems

LoCem® is a geopolymer-based, highly durable inorganic binder formed using recycled and waste industrial by-products that is alkali activated to form a mortar and concrete meeting the requirements of EN1504-3 and PAS8820-2016. LoCem® concrete repairs and anodes come as mix designs for nonstructural (R1, R2) and structural (R3, R4) applications in accordance with definitions stated in EN1504-3 and -9.

LoCem® Modular Anode Unit (MAU) - Corrosion Protection for New Infrastructure

C-Probe Systems

Technical Product Sheet for the The LoCem® Modular Anode Unit (MAU). The MAU is manufactured using industrial waste streams repurposed as a low carbon geopolymer mortar and formed in moulds as a “plug & play” component. Complete with integrated connections for push-fit directly to steel reinforcement during construction, whether in the precast factory or in-situ. The main aim of the MAU is to provide cathodic prevention for newly built infrastructure, meaning the internal steel frame is protected from corrosion from day one of construction.

Sustainable Resilience for Reinforced Concrete Structures (Parking Structures / Multi-Storey Car Parks)

Sustainable Resilience for Reinforced Concrete Structures (Parking Structures / Multi-Storey Car Parks)

C-Probe Systems

A PDF, which includes case studies, casting a spotlight on corrosion management for parking structures. Many ageing parking structures are not properly serviced and maintained, causing disruption and closure. C-Probe Systems can offer low carbon, smart products that create a Corrosion Management System (CMS) for the protection and service life tracking for both multi-level and underground parking with buildings above, helping to extend their service life and increasing durability. The PDF looks closely at the use of LoCem® +chase® which is a low carbon cement alternative (AACM), that also acts as an ICCP anode for reinforced concrete structures.
