Baker Street Apartment

The owner of this apartment in a historic 1930's building in Baker Street chose bulthaup b3 kitchen furniture in stainless and graphite laminate. The striking run of stainless steel tall cabinets on the rear wall was designed around several structural and mechanical features, to provide a sleek clean line, housing the Miele appliances and a hidden pocket door in the centre. The peninsular which sits between the kitchen space and the formal dining area incorporates bar seating below the stainless- steel worktop. Architectural photography by Alexander James

Bayswater Apartment

This open plan living space in a Bayswater apartment, designed by Brian Ma Siy Architects, features a simple straight run of bulthaup b3 cabinets in natural aluminium which blends, discreetly, with the rest of the interior scheme. The 10mm worktop is stainless steel with an integrated sink, cold-welded into its surface at our factory. The white glass backsplash offers a practical but light reflecting treatment to the rear wall area. With Gaggenau cooking appliances this project provides a functional, if compact kitchen, for a keen cook to work in. Photography by Brian Ma Siy

Buckinghamshire Home

This large bulthaup b3 kitchen was designed for a family who enjoy cooking and entertaining. Practical, light reflecting glass backsplash, crisp alpine white laminate base cabinets, Clay laminate tall cabinets and natural oak bar top all work in harmony in this space which leads on the garden. City Penthouse Apartment

In this City Penthouse Apartment designed by Doone Silver Kerr architects, our bulthaup b3 kitchen includes a combination of both alpine white and flint matt lacquer furniture. Worktops are 10mm thick composite stone and the 90mm bartop is Alpine White laminate. The kitchen is open to the living space but tucked neatly below the skylight to the rear of the space. Country Home

This bulthaup b3 kitchen, in an open-plan space, leading onto a garden with countryside views, includes tall cabinets in solid, plank-effect oak, with functional island in kaolin laminate. The solid oak bar-top compliments the tall run, giving the subtle palette warmth and texture. The pocket door unit in the centre of the tall cabinets is lined in oak veneer to allow a seamless aesthetic when open. Family Home Chelsea 2

The bulthaup b3 kitchen in this Chelsea Town House blends anodised aluminium units in sand beige for the base cabinets with rough-sawn oak, white stained tall cabinets to give a warm, calm aesthetic. The kitchen opens to a dining living space which leads on to the garden via glazed sliding doors. Worktops are composite stone and the appliances are by Gaggenau. Jersey Family Home

With a combination of solid oak natural and kaolin laminate furniture, this bulthaup b3 kitchen sits at the centre of a large living space in a new-build family home in Jersey. With two islands, one for main preparation and one for secondary prep and informal dining it was designed for a busy family who love to cook and entertain. The raised bar top was ‘bespoke’ manufactured in the bulthaup factory from solid oak strips. Worktops are brushed stainless steel and the backsplash and wall panel areas clad in marble effect porcelain. Architectural photography by Alexander James

Knightsbridge Penthouse

This bulthaup b3 kitchen in a chic, Knightsbridge penthouse incorporates a smart dining space for entertaining. Matt lacquer in Kaolin was chosen for the island and tall furniture to allow for a light fresh aesthetic. Pocket doors conceal all of the functional storage and appliances so they are out of sight but handy when needed. The rough-sawn, oak furniture on the rear wall is suspended from the b3 framework so that it 'floats' above the floor - our designer worked closely with Lab Architects on detailing the porcelain feature wall cladding around the structure. Knightsbridge Townhouse

This bulthaup b3 kitchen with laser-edged laminate fronted cabinets in ‘Kaolin’ white is the centrepiece of this lower ground floor living space. The worktops are composite stone and the feature backsplash to the rear wall is marble. The wooden bartop is solid oak with a white stain treatment to blend in with the rest of the colour palette used in the scheme. Le Petit Fort, Jersey

This bulthaup kitchen, in a RIBA award winning, conversion project, by Hudson Architects, has a sympathetic palette of earth tones in the anodised aluminium b3 furniture with brushed stainless-steel worktops. The AGA range sits neatly between the base cabinets below the picture window with views out to the Jersey countryside. The ceiling extractor sits discretely above the AGA to remove cooking fumes without spoiling the view.

Norfolk Holiday Home

With countryside views from the picture window of a contemporary Norfolk holiday home, this bulthaup b3 kitchen was designed with weekend and holiday entertaining in mind. The anthracite aluminium fronted cabinets and stainless-steel worktops contain the stainless-steel appliances for a seamless, unfussy aesthetic, the language of which is continued into the dining area. A powerful ceiling extractor was chosen to eliminate cooking fumes but not the view! The double depth island unit offers generous worktop space and ample storage on both sides. Notting Hill Mews House

In this mews house, designed by Hogarth Architects, the bulthaup b3 kitchen includes tall cabinets with doors in sand beige aluminium which reflect the warm tones of the exposed timber ceiling joists. The base and wall cabinets are in our laser edged laminate finish in alpine white. Our designer worked closely with the project architect to build the cabinets around the feature window, cum backsplash with views out to the green space beyond. Period Home North London

This bulthaup kitchen in a North London period home, combines fitted furniture in b1 with a freestanding b2 cabinet. The simplicity of the white lacquered b1 cabinets, with a white composite stone worktop, sits well within this period space. The oak natural b2 cabinet neatly houses an integrated coffee machine with a dishwasher below on one side and useful storage on the other. St James's Apartments Development

The kitchens in this luxury boutique development of apartments in St James’s by Originate Architects, include bulthaup b3 furniture with Gaggenau appliances. Cabinets in black brown stained oak and anthracite aluminium combine well with the natural oak flooring to give a sophisticated but textural feel to the scheme. Townhouse Essex

This bulthaup b3 kitchen in laser edged laminate is the ultimate in minimalist simplicity. Sitting in the rear extension of a traditional townhouse in Colchester, the platinum grey cabinets provide functional storage and appliance housings in a simple U-shape with a laminate worktop overhang for bar seating. The walls, free of high level cabinets accentuate the height of the pitched ceiling with its central skylight bringing natural light into the centre of the space. This bulthaup b1 kitchen in alpine white lacquer is an excellent example of this simple, minimal, precision engineered furniture system. Victorian Home Highbury

Using a monochrome palette with accents in brass, this bulthaup project illustrates how the clean clear lines of minimal cabinetry allow period and feature details to stand out. The AGA range cooker sits neatly between the base cabinets and the bespoke brass extractor hood enhances this focal point. The cabinets are in b3 laminate, graphite on the tall run and alpine white for the base units. Wimbledon Home

This open plan, living space extension in an ‘Arts and Crafts’ house in Wimbledon, includes bulthaup b3 cabinets in laminate for the working area of the kitchen as well those extending into the lounge area with wall panels incorporated for the TV. The raised bar top for casual dining was bespoke manufactured in the bulthaup factory with book-matched olive wood and provides a beautiful, natural centre -piece to the space.
