Baker Street Apartment

Baker Street Apartment

Bulthaup Mayfair

The owner of this apartment in a historic 1930's building in Baker Street chose bulthaup b3 kitchen furniture in stainless and graphite laminate. The striking run of stainless steel tall cabinets on the rear wall was designed around several structural and mechanical features, to provide a sleek clean line, housing the Miele appliances and a hidden pocket door in the centre. The peninsular which sits between the kitchen space and the formal dining area incorporates bar seating below the stainless- steel worktop. Architectural photography by Alexander James

This open plan living space in a Bayswater apartment, designed by Brian Ma Siy Architects, features a simple straight run of bulthaup b3 cabinets in natural aluminium which blends, discreetly, with the rest of the interior scheme. The 10mm worktop is stainless steel with an integrated sink, cold-welded into its surface at our factory. The white glass backsplash offers a practical but light reflecting treatment to the rear wall area. With Gaggenau cooking appliances this project provides a functional, if compact kitchen, for a keen cook to work in. Photography by Brian Ma Siy

Jersey Family Home

Bulthaup Mayfair

With a combination of solid oak natural and kaolin laminate furniture, this bulthaup b3 kitchen sits at the centre of a large living space in a new-build family home in Jersey. With two islands, one for main preparation and one for secondary prep and informal dining it was designed for a busy family who love to cook and entertain. The raised bar top was ‘bespoke’ manufactured in the bulthaup factory from solid oak strips. Worktops are brushed stainless steel and the backsplash and wall panel areas clad in marble effect porcelain. Architectural photography by Alexander James

Knightsbridge Penthouse

Bulthaup Mayfair

This bulthaup b3 kitchen in a chic, Knightsbridge penthouse incorporates a smart dining space for entertaining. Matt lacquer in Kaolin was chosen for the island and tall furniture to allow for a light fresh aesthetic. Pocket doors conceal all of the functional storage and appliances so they are out of sight but handy when needed. The rough-sawn, oak furniture on the rear wall is suspended from the b3 framework so that it 'floats' above the floor - our designer worked closely with Lab Architects on detailing the porcelain feature wall cladding around the structure. Bulthaup Mayfair

With countryside views from the picture window of a contemporary Norfolk holiday home, this bulthaup b3 kitchen was designed with weekend and holiday entertaining in mind. The anthracite aluminium fronted cabinets and stainless-steel worktops contain the stainless-steel appliances for a seamless, unfussy aesthetic, the language of which is continued into the dining area. A powerful ceiling extractor was chosen to eliminate cooking fumes but not the view! The double depth island unit offers generous worktop space and ample storage on both sides.
