MasterEmaco P 5000 AP is a single component cement based primer for the protection of reinforcement steel. It also can be used as a bonding slurry for subsequent repair mortars. When mixed with water, it forms a slurry that can be applied by brush to the clean exposed reinforcement or directly on the concrete when used as a bonding slurry.
MasterEmaco P 5000 AP reinstates a high pH environment to protect the reinforcement steel. It also contains active corrosion inhibiting additives for additional long term reinforcement steel protection. It has a perfect compatibility with steel rebars and concrete or repair mortars.

MasterEmaco T 545 is a specially formulated repair mortar, based on magnesia-phosphate cement pre-mixed with selected aggregates, which gives controlled, extremely high early strengths in temperatures ranging from -20°C (or lower) up to over 30°C.
MasterEmaco T 545 provides a repair material for concrete slabs which reaches an adequate strength for trafficking, or other use, at a very early age. It is also suitable for use as a repair medium at low ambient temperatures.
When MasterEmaco T 545 is added to the gauging water and mixed, an exothermic chemical reaction commences and a chemical setting process takes place within approximately 15 minutes (at 20°C). The material hardens to give sufficiently high early strength to receive heavy traffic within a period of less than one hour at 15 - 20°C. Application depths can be from 20 mm to 75 mm unfilled and less that 75 mm to 150 mm if filled with 10 mm aggregate.
MasterFlow 648 is a three component, epoxy based, non-shrink, high strength grout. It has high early and final strengths. When three components mixed, MasterFlow 648 forms a mortar with a flowable consistency which can be easily applied by hand or machine. MasterFlow 648 can be used in thicknesses from 10 mm up to 150 mm.
MasterFlow 765 is a ready to use, non-shrink construction grout. It can be used from fluid to plastic consistencies for grouting of equipment and machinery, bearing pads, rails and anchoring. MasterFlow 765 is recommended for grouting bearing pads and plinths, grouting under machinery base plates, stanchion bases and crane rails. It can also be used for underpinning, anchoring bolts, reinforcing bars and rods.
MasterFlow 885 is a ready to use product in powder form, which requires only the on-site addition of water to produce a non-shrink, metallic reinforced grout. Use of specially processed malleable metallic aggregate improves impact and dynamic loading resistance compared with normal cementitious grouts.
MasterSeal 345 is an EVA polymer based, sprayable membrane for the waterproofing of underground concrete structures. It is spray applied in a sandwich structure between two sprayed concrete / cast concrete layers, creating a double bonded composite shell lining. It is flexible and has very high bond strength properties on both sides of the membrane.
MasterSeal 345 is suitable for all types of tunnel designs. It is particularly well suited for underground structures with complex profiles and geometry such as stations, escape and access tunnels, utility caverns, cross passages and tunnel intersections.
MasterSeal 345 membrane exhibits high bond strength to the substrates on both sides of the membrane with good elasticity. As a double bonded system, this provides excellent water tightness, preventing the development of water migration on both sides of the membrane. MasterSeal 345 membrane can also be directly applied to damp sections of substrate.
MasterSeal 581 is a cementitious waterproofing membrane that is applied both on new and on existing structures. It is typically used in interior and exterior waterproofing of concrete and masonry, above and below ground level. For example, it is used in tanking of basements, water reservoirs, tunnels, lift pits, concrete pipes etc. MasterSeal 581 is also used as a replacement for external rendering systems.
MasterSeal 581 shows a high water pressure resistance, both from positive and negative side. This allows the application in the most demanding situations with excellent success.
Simple application and maximum effectiveness are the main benefits that you can achieve by using MasterSeal 581. It only requires to be mixed with clean water, is applied on humid concrete substrates and tools are cleaned using only water. Fully certified solution according EN 1504 part 2 that ensures consistency in performance.
MasterSeal 583, when mixed with clean water, forms an extremely durable waterproof coating for concrete and masonry. It is applied to a minimum 2 mm thickness in two coats by stiff brush, broom or spray.
MasterSeal 583 is used for the waterproofing of: basements, foundations, water reservoirs, tunnels, floors and walls in shower and bathroom areas prior to the application of a decorative finish.
MasterSeal 583 resists positive and negative water pressure and is suitable for interior and exterior use, above and below ground level. It has a high bond strength and can be brush or spray applied onto a damp substrate.
MasterSeal 586 is suitable for trowel application in layers of 3 mm - 6 mm in thickness. It is used for interior and exterior waterproofing of concrete and masonry, above and below ground level, where a smooth or textured finish is required.
MasterSeal 586 is typically used in, water reservoirs, tunnels, walls and floors of basements and showers, external renders for structures in a harsh-weather environment and blow hole / pore filler.
MasterSeal 586 waterproofs whilst providing a decorative finish and is capable of withstanding both positive and negative pressure. It is cement-based for extreme durability and can be maintained to a high standard by high-pressure water or steam cleaning.
MasterSeal 588 is an elastomeric cement-based waterproof membrane used for waterproofing water retaining structures especially if they are subjected to movement. It is used in potable water reservoirs, process water reservoirs and waste water inflow areas in treatment plants.
MasterSeal 588 is highly waterproof and offers excellent concrete protection against carbonation, deicing salts and acidic substances. It also shows chemical resistance against soft water, domestic waste water, manure or other liquids moderately aggressive to mineral substrates.
MasterSeal 588 only requires applied thicknesses of 2 mm to achieve its waterproofing properties. The application is easy via brush or by a worn-driven spray pump. High durability of the membrane in permanent immersion and in contact with slightly acidic water solutions, ensure long term waterproofing of tanks. Fully certified product according EN 1504 part 2 that ensures consistency in performance.
MasterSeal 590 is a fast setting cementitious mortar which stops active water leaks through joints, cracks and holes in concrete or masonry. It is successfully used as a seal for construction joints or floor joints prior to basement tanking with MasterSeal membranes.
MasterSeal 590 is the safe solution for stopping water leaks and for quick covings and patches prior to the application of cementitious and resin-based membranes. It is formulated without the use of chlorides. Therefore, dose not promote corrosion on concrete reinforcement and expands during hardening process, ensuring the effective blockage of water by compressing the substrate.
MasterSeal 590 is the necessary complement in all waterproofing application solving connections and completing the MasterSeal waterproofing system. It will stop leakages where a normal mortar would be washed away and resin would not bond. Its quick hardening allows the immediate application of the waterproofing membrane.
MasterSeal 600 is effectively used in cement-based mixes to improve their adhesion, workability and durability. It can also be used as gauging liquid for MasterSeal 581, waterproofing membranes.
MasterSeal 600 is the best solution for improving adhesion and workability of cementitious mortars, avoiding the need of additional water in the mixture.
The addition of extra water quantities to cementitious mortars increase the workability but also increase the shrinkage and the porosity of the hardened mortar. Increased porosity reduced waterproofing capacities and mechanical strengths. Increased shrinkage creates cracks.
The use of MasterSeal 600 improves the workability of cement mixes, aiding ease of application. It reduces shrinkage and improves all physical characteristics of cement mixes, therefore increasing resistance to wear and weathering. Additionally, it is unaffected by ultraviolet light or contact with water.

MasterSeal 910 is a re-swellable gasket system suitable for all construction joints subject to hydrostatic pressure, on one or both sides. The pressure of the swelling action causes MasterSeal 910 to profile itself exactly into the joint, filling all cavities and effectively stopping water seepage, even at high external water pressure.
