Armadillo Noise & Vibration originally specialised in the design and manufacture of a wide range of products to control structure borne vibration. Solutions offered range from isolated machine bases, building protection from underground train lines to custom bearings for cinema auditoriums. While designing these systems they regularly had to accommodate movement between two elements. Invariably this required the design of PTFE slide bearings. Armadillo PTFE slide bearings are compact, high load capacity and offer exceptional working life spans. Armadillo developed the Armatherm™ product line in 2004. The range of Armatherm™ products now addresses issues with balcony and canopy connections, masonry support systems, cladding fixings, column bases and structural roof penetrations including parapets. In short, any structural connection which bridges the thermal envelope is covered by our Armatherm™ range. With over 50 years combined experience in the isolation industry their engineers have a deep understanding of client requirements.
