Hush Wall Board

Hush Wall Board increases the acoustic performance levels and reduces airborne noise transmission through walls. It has been designed to improve acoustic performance levels compared to standard plasterboard. As a result, substituting standard plasterboard linings with the Hush Wallboard will significantly improve acoustic performance levels. The product is manufactured with two deadening boards separated by visco-elastic dampening strips. The dampening strips decouple one side of the board from the other, reducing direct transmission paths and therefore improving in reduction of airborne noise transmission through a wall construction. Hush Wallboard can be used as a wall lining to existing masonry walls and can be used to increase mass and separating levels on stud construction.
