Alpha hem-hydrate fibre reinforced calcium sulphate flowing screed. Incorporates recycled glass as a complete replacement for natural sand within the mix and the binder element is derived from DSG alpha gypsum from the de-sulphurisation of flue gasses.The product is 98% recycled and is the most eco-friendly screed product on the market today. When used to encapsulate under floor heating pipework it can save up to 3x the energy used to heat a room compared to a conventional sand and cement screed.
