A decorative, textured POLYREY HGP High-Pressure Laminate panel that is certified to EN 438 and ISO 4586 which is bonded it to one side of a composite moisture-resistant substrate using a PUR Hot Melt polyurethane adhesive that is highly resistant to moisture and high temperatures. Then a white or grey VGP High-Pressure Laminate backer is bonded to the other side of the substrate. This product has a Sanitized® grade antibacterial coating applied.

Resistance to immersion in cold water, (20°C) for 7 days: Increase in thickness: 1.6%, increase in mass: 2.3%.
Resistance in wet areas (48 hours at 65°C): Aspect > 5 (No alteration). Increase in thickness < 2. Increase in mass < 6.5 (to EN 438-2-15 (modified)).
Antibacterial properties to JIS Z 2801: >99.9% reduction.

Sanitized coating:

Antibacterial silver ions integrated into the material which are activated on contact with humidity. Suitable for wall coverings in public places where bacteria would usually rapidly develop.
