Designed for use in areas where the floor space must be kept clear such as schools and hospitals.

Industrial standard retractable ladder designed for easy installation and fitted with heavy duty counter balancing springs to provide safe and controlled operation. The product also benefits from a timber lining and trapdoor to enclose the ladder from the underside.

Available with 30 or 90 minute fire ratings, the hatch box and trap door feature a hollow metal design that is fabricated from 1.5 mm steel and insulated with mineral wool insulation (38 mm thick - 30 minute fire rating, 75 mm thick - 90 minute fire rating). The lining features a flange around both the ceiling and the trap door to help prevent flame and smoke penetration, and the ceiling flange is 29 mm wide whilst the flange around the trap door opening is 15 mm wide.
