Provide fire rated metal riser doors manufactured by Rapid Access Ltd. Doors to have a 25 mm picture frame, Zintec steel construction, powder coated RAL 9010 finish, and a three‑point locking mechanism. Door assemblies shall be tested to provide up to 120 minutes fire resistance from both sides and smoke tested in accordance with BS EN 1634‑1 and BS EN 1634‑3. Size and performance to suit project requirements.

A high‑performance metal riser door designed to provide fire resistance from both sides in wall applications where continued compartmentation of building services risers is required. The panel incorporates a 25 mm picture frame detail for neat integration into finished wall surfaces and a metal‑faced door leaf.

The door leaf is secured via a three‑point locking system as standard with alternative lock options available upon request. Panels are finished in powder coated RAL 9010 (30 % gloss) with other colours available on request.

Fire resistance performance is certified up to 120 minutes integrity from both the face and rear of the panel in wall applications, tested to BS EN 1634‑1:2014 +A1:2018 with smoke testing in accordance with BS EN 1634‑3:2004.
