Simple-to-install, gasketed floor joint covers featuring aluminium capping profiles over EPDM rubber gaskets. Designed to allow multi-directional movement in busy car parks without the risk of damage.

• Aluminium sections are serrated for a slip resistant finish.
• Available in two sizes to suit 30 and 50 mm joints.
• Movement range:
  • Horizontal up to ±15 mm
  • Vertical up to ±20 mm
  • Lateral up to ±10 mm.
• Load capability: 1000 kg point load.
• Fixing:
  • Floor: fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 330 mm centres and to achieve minimum 40 mm embedment.
  • Wall: fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 330 mm centres.
  • The cover is installed using manufacturer supplied adhesive, to adhere gasket to substrate, and mechanical fixings for securing aluminium capping profiles to the floor. Standard adhesive is suitable for concrete or paving finishes and is not compatible with bituminous finishes such as asphalt.
