Application
  • BauderGLAS Ready T3+ - to be used as a top layer for flatboard insulation on a concrete, plywood or timber deck when using a torch-on membrane as the underlayer.
  • BauderGLAS Ready Board T3+ is a bitumen faced insulation to be used as a top layer for flatboard insulation on a metal deck when using a torch-on membrane as the underlayer.
  • BauderGLAS Roof Block G1 T3+ - to be used as a top layer for flatboard insulation on a concrete, plywood or timber deck when using a self-adhesive membrane as the underlayer.
  • BauderGLAS Roof Board G2 T3+ - to be used as a base layer for tapered or flatboard insulation on a metal deck. Will also be used as the top layer in a flatboard insulation build-up when using a self-adhesive membrane as the underlayer on a metal deck.
  • BauderGLAS Slab T3+ - to be used as a base layer for flatboard and tapered insulation on a concrete, plywood or timber deck when the insulation is required in more than one layer.

Description

A range of cellular glass insulation for flatboard insulation build-ups.

BauderGLAS is manufactured from specially graded recycled glass (≥ 60%) and natural raw materials which are available in abundant supply. The insulation is totally inorganic and contains no ozone depleting propellants, flame resistant additives or binders. Without VOC or other volatile substances.

The reaction to fire performance is Class E due to the 0.5mm top facing layer, the cellular glass core is Class A1.

Only to be used as part of a full Bauder Waterproofing System.
