Application
The panels are used as partition walls, fire walls and ceilings. The panels can be installed vertically or horizontally mechanically fixed at panel ends.

Description
The fire wall system has excellent technical properties, a long life span, excellent thermal and sound insulation and can achieve up to 4 hours fire resistance (EI240). The panels are used as partition walls, fire walls and ceilings. Panels can offer CE mark, LPCB, FM certified.
Panels Composition
Trimoterm FTV fireproof panels consist of two flat or shallow profiled steel sheet faces, in thicknesses of 0.5 to 0.7 mm. The precoated steel sheets are bonded to the class A1, non-combustible mineral wool lamellas in thickness ranging between 50–250 mm. Standard width of the panels are 1000 and 1200 mm. Non standard panel width of 600–1200 mm can be made by a special request. A protective PVC film is applied to the panel surface as standard to protect it during production handling and transport. Panels can be manufactured up to 14 m long.
