Description
Close coupled Document M compliant pack. Document M of the Building Regulations and BS 8300 provide government guidance on the layouts of an accessible washroom in non-domestic settings.
Pack includes:
- 50 cm LH basin (no overflow) including grated waste with brackets.
- Sequential lever tap with TMV3 blending mixing valve.
- 5 x 60 cm grab rails and 1 x hinged grab rail.
- Cistern and fittings including spatula lever.
- Raised height pan and anti lateral seat.
