Application
Pre-cast gypsum wall panels suitable for:
- Internal application to walls.
- Stud walls. Substrates should be constructed from one layer of 15 mm or 18 mm plywood with 600 mm stud centres. This should then be clad with 1 layer of 12.5 mm foil backed plasterboard. Alternatively walls can be constructed with 400 mm centres and clad with 2 layers of 12.5 mm foil backed plasterboard.
- Concrete/brick/blockwork walls. Concrete Effect panels can be fixed to solid walls as long as the wall surface is plastered flat and smooth. Panels should not be fixed to walls with non-sound decorative surfaces such as flaking paint or peeling wallpaper.
- Substrates must adhere to a tolerance of ±1 mm in 1m or ±2 mm in 3m.

Panels are non combustible and contain zero VOCs.
Panels are supplied with adhesive for installation by the general contractor or on-site joinery contractor.
