Description

The M210E-CZ and M210EA-CZ/CZR conventional zone monitor modules provide a means of connecting zones of non-addressable detectors to a Morley-IAS analogue addressable fire alarm system. These modules allow conventional zones to be integrated into intelligent systems for flexibility in system design and retrofit applications.

The M210E-CZR is supplied with a built-in resistor, making it particularly suitable for use in hazardous areas requiring intrinsically safe (IS) equipment. The M210EA-CZ allows the conventional zone to be powered either from the analogue loop or from an external power supply. When powered externally, the zone and supply are fully isolated from the loop to maintain system integrity. Fault conditions, including open circuits, short circuits, or activation of the external fault input, are transmitted directly to the control panel.
