Description

Three phase electric boilers for heat networks, schools, care homes, other commercial buildings and industrial applications. The range consists of boilers from 31 kW to 1400 kW outputs and their operating range is between 20°C to 95°C.


Modulating power output is particularly important in hybrid systems where electric boilers need to operate in harmony with other heat sources such as CHPs and heat pumps. Varmebaronen boilers modulate their power output in 7, 15 or 30 steps. The output of the boilers can be limited to only one power step.

  • Boilers are also available with weather compensation.
  • The boilers can cope with zero flow, avoiding the need for external flow protection or twin pumps. The all-pole main switch cuts all incoming power if a fault is detected by the boiler’s controller.
  • To facilitate installation, the boilers are fitted with terminals that make it possible to connect either aluminium or copper cables. No splicing from aluminium is required.
  • The built-in float switch immediately produces an alarm if the boiler is not completely full of water. This eliminates the risk of the boiler boiling dry, which can cause damage to the boiler and other consequential faults.
  • A divisible cable flange gives the ability to open the panel and hatch. The large distance to the power connection helps simplify installation.
  • Simple monitoring of the boiler. Easily find all the information needed on the boilers’ panels, plus all the adjustment options. 
  • Multi-function controller, including the option to obtain information from the boiler such as temperature, pressure, alarms, etc.
  • All pipe connections are threaded or flanged. This results in cheaper valves and fewer pipe welds. The boiler can be disconnected more easily.
