A plasterboard‑faced riser door engineered to provide discreet access to concealed building services within walls and riser shafts. The unit incorporates the RapidFit® quick fitting hinge system, allowing single-person installation, and comes with a three‑point locking mechanism as standard for secure closure.

Supplied with a beaded frame designed to accept skim‑coat plastering, this riser door achieves a flush finish with the wall surface for a neat aesthetic. The door leaf and frame are powder-coated in RAL 9010 (30% gloss) as standard, with alternative finishes available on request.

This product is available in non-fire-rated, fire‑resistant up to two hours, acoustic-rated (up to 30 dB) and airtight variants to suit project performance requirements.

Installation:

  • Designed for installation within plasterboard wall systems.
  • Ensure structural openings are sized to manufacturer recommendations.
  • Install door prior to finishing plaster to allow flush skim‑coat finish on the beaded frame.
  • Follow manufacturer’s installation instructions for fixing detail.
