Access panels – Fire rated riser door with beaded frame

Provide metal riser doors with beaded frame manufactured by Rapid Access Ltd. Doors shall be Zintec steel with a 25 mm beaded frame, powder coated finish RAL 9010, and a three‑point locking mechanism. Assemblies shall be tested to provide up to 120 minutes fire resistance from both faces and smoke tested in accordance with BS EN 1634‑1 and BS EN 1634‑3. Size and performance as indicated.

A high‑performance metal riser door designed to provide fire resistance from both sides in wall applications where compartmentation of concealed service risers is required.

The door features a 25 mm beaded frame for neat integration into plaster finishes and a metal‑faced door leaf.

Supplied with a three‑point locking system as standard (alternative locks available), this panel is ideal for use in commercial, residential and public building applications requiring fire‑rated access.

The panel is finished in polyester powder coated RAL 9010 (30 % gloss) as standard; alternative colours are available on request.

Panels are fire tested up to 120 minutes integrity from both faces in wall applications to BS EN 1634‑1:2014 +A1:2018 with smoke testing in accordance with BS EN 1634‑3:2004.
