A specialist strip ventilator for sloping and flat roof ventilation in new-build and refurbishment applications.
Features and benefits:

- Corrosion proof construction incorporating integral insect screen.
- Both versions satisfy roof ventilation requirements - free airflow 25 000 mm² per metre run (equivalent to a 25 mm continuous gap, when installed along the whole length of the soffit).
Type SV-FL:
General purpose soffit strip for all roof slopes.
Type SV-GP:
General purpose L-shaped soffit strip for use with flat roofs; manufactured with a 90 degree upstand. Requires fascia to stand-off masonry by 70 mm.
