A range of inter-changeable universal lightweight shower tray and floor modules manufactured from HardCORE™, in two pieces, which are used to build structural elements of a shower in all bathroom floor types. Suitable for any size linear shower drain or floor gully, as modules can be fitted together or trimmed on-site. Pre-coated with a ‘polycement’ waterproof finish, modules are used instead of levelling compounds to build floor gradients quickly to a consistent level.

Features and benefits:

• With a flat level underside and flat gradient along the upper side, the modules can be fitted together or cut to suit site conditions and to allow fitting to all shower gully channels or floor drains.
• To be fully supported across the full surface, and fitted into sub-floor recesses using tile adhesive (or other non-solvent containing adhesives), includes a waterproof coating but require subsequent edge sealing and matching to surrounding tanking with commonly available and approved materials.
