The ST60 partition is designed for ultra-clean rooms that must be kept completely free of microbiological contamination. The partition consists of non-combustible modular panels, 60 mm thick, manufactured from time-stable materials and no emitting particles. The partition provides smooth surfaces which are easy to clean, are airtight and offer good insulation.

Profiles integrated into the thickness of ST panels allow the assembly of panels and the passage of cables. The system uses an aluminium key profile that is inserted into the full-length grooves on both sides of the wall panels.

Features and benefits:

• A special feature without the link profile allows the partition to become removable panel by panel, due to stainless steel clips.
• On request, the two facings can be manufactured from different materials on the inside and outside faces (aspect, colour and/ or thickness).
• Bending resistance, panels on two supports:
• 2.5 m high: 75 q (daN/m²).
• 3 m high: 55 q (daN/m²).
• 3.5 m high: 42 q (daN/m²).
• 4 m high: 30 q (daN/m²).
• ≤5.80 m high: 20 q (daN/m²).

Components:

• Core: Aluminium honeycomb, link diameter 19 mm, metal strip thickness 50 µm (vertical panels). Alloy 3003 (EN 573 standard), with rustproof treatment. Density: 20 kg/m³ (50 µ). Fire reaction: Non-combustible. Resistance to compression: Average value: 270 kPa.
• Adhesive: Bi-component polyurethane.
• Silicone sealant (quality-label SNJF; complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.105).
• Polymer MS caulk.
