Description

Rainscreen cladding system using pressed metal planks secretly fixed within the interlocking male and female joint.


Features and benefits:

  • A top-down system - the install starts at the top of the elevation, interlocking the top of one plank into the bottom of another.
  • Can be fixed horizontally or vertically when installed on to the subframe.
  • CWCT tested horizontal and vertical fix.
  • A1 or A2 panel fire ratings.
  • Available in wide choice of materials, colours and finishes including polyester powder-coated, anodized, Corten and Rimex.
  • Supports plank sizes with face heights of 150–350 mm, up to 6400 mm long and thickness of 1, 1.2 or 1.5 mm.
  • Horizontal joint: 10–20 mm.
  • Vertical joint: Open, closed return or butt strap.
  • Fixings: Self drill mechanical fix.
  • Install method: Top down.
  • Fixing centres: 750 mm maximum.


A typical system comprises:

  • Aluminium support brackets, attached to outer wall substrate.
  • Rear ventilated cavity - provides additional weather performance benefits.
  • Aluminium carrier system.
