Description
A range of tailor-made Class A1 fire-rated refurbishment 90° balcony ducting kits. Features an oversize metal duct to encase in-situ rectangular HVAC supply and extract ducting 110 x 54 mm. The duct terminates with a 50 mm wide flange for secure fixing to the cavity board.
Features and benefits:
- Compliant with regulations for the requirement of non-combustible ducting in the external walls of buildings 11 m and above undergoing unsafe cladding remediation work.
- Three air brick styles. All air bricks offer low resistance and high airflows of over 90% of the free area of the duct. For cladding, flanges cover cut edges and maintain the aesthetic appearance.
- Custom powder coated air brick. Choose from the RAL Classic colour chart in matt, semi-gloss or gloss finish achieving Class A2-s1, d0. RAL Design and signature architectural coatings are also available.
- Made to custom length.
- Supplied ready to install with no on-site assembly required.
