Description
Aluclad Systems Extruded Architectural Brise Soleil profiles are either Face Fixed or Secretly Fixed via various methods onto an extruded aluminium sub-frame, bespoke framework, or the substrate (system design).
All sub-frames and brackets are supplied by Aluclad systems. The sub-frame is attached to the primary structure, design shall include all components such as membranes and insulation thus together will ensure compliance with current building regulations, the system is drained and back ventilated but designed by others.
Face Fix System - Extruded profiles installed to U-shape brackets or a bespoke design to support the system.
Secret Fix System - Extruded profiles fix back directly to the substructure utilizing a two-part Invisible bracket system or a bespoke design to support the system.
All system selected should have formal test certification from a UK accredited test facility which complies with testing requirements laid out with-in the CWCT publication: “Standard for system building envelopes”.
Features and benefits:
- Profile pressed from aluminium alloy: grade 6060 or 6063 Condition T66 or T6.
- In accordance with PN-EN 755-9.
- Tolerance U.N.E. PN-EN 12020-2.
- Mechanical properties according to PN-EN 755-2.
- Chemical composition in accordance with the PN-EN 573-3 standard.
- Finished in anodized or polyester powder coated in an extensive range of colours.
- Reaction to fire: A1/A2-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1: 2018) subject to chosen colour.
