We manufacture highly engineered building envelope products including roof and wall cladding systems, insulated sandwich panels and architectural flashings and fabrications.

Fire Performance
A variety of coating types and finishes are available as the external finish of our Elite 2 system, including options to achieve BROOF(T4) to BS EN 13501-5:2016 by either physical testing or commission decision.
Elite 2 Roof System
Elite 2 comprises the EC 32-167-1000 Roof external profile fixed to the Quattro Spacer System. This spacer system is fixed through the EC 32-200-1000 Liner steel profile to purlins. Quilt insulation is used to fill the void between the two sheets.
Elite 2 can be specified down to a finished minimum roof pitch of 4°. Barrel vault curved roofs can also be achieved where crown sheet end laps, with a minimum finished pitch of 2.5°.
