Zip ladder is a heavy-duty retractable loft ladder for ceiling heights up to 3390 mm. Mounted on a headboard for easy installation. Tested and certified to EN 14975. Surespan ZIP ladders can be supplied with a backboard and adjustable treads. Providing essential steps and additional safety holds which can be adjusted to suit requirements on site. It allows safe exit from the ceiling level up to the roof or floor level. Backboards are available in 3 different sizes up to a depth of 1330 mm.
