R12 Range - Metal faced insulated loft hatch ceiling access panel, metal door, 25 mm wide beaded frame, budget lock, single door unit, powder coated RAL 9010 30% gloss. Includes draft seal.
The panel is insulated with a 50 mm thick polystyrene insulation infill. This product achieves a U Value of 0.760 W/m². Available non-fire rated and one hour rated.
