Description

A 2 mm gauge static dissipative tile floor covering, engineered for ESD protection. The tiles are designed for various applications up to light industrial installation.


A conductive earthing grid should be installed as per Polyflor instructions.


Features and benefits:

  • Polyflor SD is 100% recyclable, through Recofloor and contains an average 25% recycled material.
  • It achieves a generic BRE A+/A rating and generic EN 15804 EPD.
  • Hardwearing.
  • Static dissipative properties.


Electrical performance:

  • EN 1815 < 2kV.
  • EN 1081 R1/R2 < 10^9 Ohms.
  • ESD S 7.1 - 1 x 10^6 to 1 x 10^9 Ohms.
  • IEC 61340-4-1RG 1 x 10^6 to 1 x 10^9 Ohms.
  • Requires a minimum 40 % RH.

The quoted electrical resistance readings are obtained only when the materials are installed according to the instructions laid down in the Polyflor Technical Information Manual (40–60 % RH 20–25 ºC) and tested in accordance with the specified standard.
