OVERVIEW

The experience and skill of on-site teams on behalf of BriggsAmasco, in installing a high quality set of walkways at Southampton’s newest and biggest shopping centre, meant the multi-million pound development opened in time for the busiest consumer period of the year. The first phase of the £85 million WestQuay Watermark development boasts 20 restaurants and a 10-screen cinema. It’s part of a reported £250 million investment in the city, with the project’s second phase scheduled to include a 27-storey tower block, office space and an underground car park.
