OVERVIEW
Turney School is specifically for children and young people aged from 5-19 years of age with Autistic Spectrum Condition and associated learning difficulties.
The finished project takes the form of a 65m x 38m Winterbourne Freestanding Shelter with black infill panels. Guttering and downpipes were also included so rain doesn’t cascade over the end of the shelter during rainy spells.
To complement the school aesthetic, Turney School opted to have their new shelter galvanised and epoxy powder coated in White RAL 9003. This surface treatment means the structure will be guaranteed to last 25 years, serving the school for many years to come.
