OVERVIEW
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a 62,000-seater multi-purpose stadium and show arena located in London, UK. Construction of the facility required a highly specialised approach to its mechanical and piping systems. Managed by Mace as the main contractor, with Buro Happold serving as the Engineer, the project had a value of £1 billion.
The stadium's design demanded intricate mechanical systems to manage large-scale air handling, heating, and cooling. The primary mechanical plant spaces on levels six and seven, housed eight chillers and ten boilers, with services distributed across six main access cores to feed various levels. To address space constraints and tight timelines, Victaulic employed off-site fabrication of pump skids and utilised stainless steel piping around car park areas, ensuring the project stayed on schedule and met its critical deadlines. Victaulic's full scope of products and solutions was key in overcoming the project's challenges. The Victaulic prefabrication approach, ensured an efficient installation and reducing on-site labor.
Victaulic piping solutions - couplings, fittings, valves, strainers where utilised throughout the project.
Heating and Cooling systems - DN65 to DN250 diameter pipe
